Steps to secure your account
Step 1: Create a strong password
Don’t write your password down where it could be easily found, send it via email, or share it with anyone. Never use a weak password like “password1” when configuring your account. Optimum Parcel will never email a customer to ask for the password.
Step 2: Perform regular operating system and browser updates
Set up your computer to update automatically to limit attacks. If you receive a notice to update, make sure to address it immediately.
Step 3: Protect your account
Always go directly to https://audit.optimumparcel.com/login to enter your login credentials. Don’t follow links from untrusted sites or suspicious emails that prompt you to enter your login information.
Step 4: Never use your Optimum Parcel password on another website
If you enter your password on an external website and it’s compromised, someone could try to sign in to your Optimum Parcel account with the retrieved password.

Always sign out of your account when using a public computer. At the top of the page, click your account name and select Sign Out.
